  This Burlington coat factory has definitely improved a bunch. When I first came to this store everything was out of place there was clothes I. The floor and shoes it was like walking into a dump that smelled nice. Now things are where they should be and they have nicer Knick knacks and I actually kind of do t mind shopping here anymore

  I went to use their women's restroom, and I could smell the urine before I even opened the door in the hallway. I walked in and opened The first stall to see an over flowing garbage almost flowing into the top of the toilet. So I decided to move to the other stall to have my jaw drop to what I walked into... I was disgusted to find urine in puddles all over the floor with toiled paper all over it, toiled paper on the seat, urine almost on every inch of the toilet seat, urine still in the bowl, both garbage cans had what looked to appear like literal feces on toilet paper just sitting on top. NOT SANITARY IN ANY STANDARD. I was disgusted!! I never complain to establishments or employees, but this was outrageous that no one has attended that issue or said anything, or how ever long it's been ignored. I found what I assumed to be a manager and said that the women's restroom was completely disgusting and needed to be addressed IMMEDIATELY. I got almost an annoyed reaction and a quick sorry about that response. I had to put my shirt over my nose to hold back from throwing up from the smell.. this is a serious issue that should be checked in on multiple times throughout the day..
