  Dang it, I should of read the reviews before ordering. My bad. It’s valentine’s day and yes, I understand they have over 500 orders as the lady told me on the phone but when I called and gave her my tracking number she said she can’t track it because of 12 different drivers. Ok, that’s fine but can you tell me if it has been made yet? She said no. I spent over $120 and with a tracking number you can’t tell me if it has even been made. She did say that the orders can be delivered all the way till 9pm. Awesome! My husband works a 9-5 job. He won’t be there if it comes after 5pm. I understand it’s not the ladies problem that is on the phone and she clearly can care less. Edible arrangements you need to up your game and give out tracking numbers that actually track your arrangement and know if the product has been made or not.

  I will never recommend or conduct business with this company ever again. I paid extra to have same day delivery and they failed. They wanted to deliver my purchase to my husband's work after hours a day late. Not acceptable by any business standards. I took time out of my day to go into the store to get my refund. They stated " so you don't want this delivered, my driver has it in the truck and was about to go on his route to deliver". After I explained why I wanted my refund. If I ask for a refund, that conducts our business and nothing else should of been stated.

  Sandy the manager was excellent, she is so nice and was so helpful to me. It says on the whole edible arrangement website says they don't guarantee times for deliveries so keep that in mind when you order, Sandy was trying her best to make sure I was happy and to make sure i could get my arrangement. They seem to be super busy but I could tell They were trying their best. Great service!
