  I called the guy and told him I was in the market for their cd duplications services. When he told me the price I told him about one of his competitors I had talked to who quoted to me a cheaper price. Instead of telling me about the benefits of going with him rather then the competition he very rudely said, "go with them if they're cheaper". This isn't the worst of it. He then proceeded to tell me not to keep calling him back, accusing me of calling him 3 or 4 times before this call for other things. I had never called him before this one time. The guy spoke broken english and was a pathetic excuse of professionalism. I highly recommend using one of their competitors.
