  Randy and his team did a fantastic job getting our MC 2105 back in service performing better than ever before. Randy provided fantastic service, impeccable attention to detail, and spent considerable time sharing his wealth of knowledge with me. You can trust them to properly service your high end equipment.   This shop is the last of it's kind in the valley. When this shop closes, that's it. You will have to take your chances with YouTube. YouTube can't replace the compounded knowledge of Interwest Electronics. I took my Yamaha CR-1020 in because after testing the power control board, could not figure out why the speaker protection relay would not engage. Randy took a quick look and after I discussed the symptoms, he had several ideas. Randy took the unit in the back, replaced several capacitors and the relay. He did not have to do this. He then sent me on my way saying that it might work, it might not. It did! Thank you, Randy and your team.

  I last went to Interwest Electronics more than 20 years ago, and I was thrilled about the service then. Now, with my Dad's home stereo needing repairs, I'm relieved to know that you're still doing a great job!
