  I have to start by saying I LOVE Loft! They have amazing quality and prices. I frequent different locations all over the state. However, I was really disappointed in an experience I had with my sisters recently. Often times the sale price in store is not the same as online. It happens. They have a lot of clothing and each item changes prices all the time due to the sales they do each day. Again, it happens. Literally every single time I have noticed the price is cheaper online they will GLADLY fix that in store and match the cheaper price. When it is cheaper online it is usually by a significant amount. For example marked $29.88 but on sale for $12.88 online. We asked her to check on a few items and she was very upset that she would have to check and match the prices. She kept sighing and grunting making sure we knew how she felt about it. She finally did it and it literally took her less then 15 seconds to check each item to get their online price. We spent well over $150 it wasn't like we were being petty with the cost. I was just really disappointed in her response to us. I think I will stick to other locations that I have always had better customer service from.
