I'm giving them one star because zero wasn't an option. In the last three weeks my wife and I have bought a washer and dryer and two pedestals, refrigerator, chest freezer, 12 sets of blinds and several tools. We spent $5000 or so and probably shouldn't have spent a penny because after three weeks we still don't have much of what we paid for. Instead of a washer and dryer on a pedestal they first attempted to deliver two washers. On their second try their brought a dryer and no pedestal. On the third try they were to bring our chest freezer and the pedestal they had twice forgotten. Alas, still no pedestal. One of their managers by the name of Rob apologized and told us he would hand-deliver the pedestal himself and give us a call as soon as it was ready. We have not heard from Rob again. When we showed up at the store to complain, we were told by an assistant manager (Bradon) who clearly could not care less, that they were really sorry but would be happy to discount our pedestal 10%. By this time my wife had lost nearly $1000 in wages waiting for our merchandise to show up. That's a $28 Band-Aid to patch a $1000 wound. While we were there we were told that the three blinds out of our 12 that had to be special ordered had arrived. The customer service employee went to retrieve our box and told us that all three blinds were included. Great right? Not so much. Upon arriving home we discovered that only one of our blinds were included, and that one was cut to the wrong size. Tomorrow, I will call Lowe's in an attempt to speak to the Manager (Rob?) who so far has managed to avoid us altogether. I don't anticipate that I will meet with much success. I have not, thus far, gotten the impression that anyone at the store honestly cares if we are satisfied customers or if we remain customers at all. (Spoiler alert; we won't.) My wife and I have just purchased a new home and will be doing a considerable amount of home-improvement shopping in the next several months. That's good news for Home Depot where we will be taking our business from now on. They are a little further away but they know how to put things on a truck and use a tape measure.
