  I went in to fix a problem on a new phone I had just gotten early that day. Angel was extremely helpful and went out of his way to fix my problem and also set my phone up for me and explained what to do when I got home to finish setting it up.

  Terrible experience. I ordered a IPhone 7 Plus a few days prior to Christmas -- paid the overnight delivery fee -- to get the phone six weeks later. I was lied to every time I called to be told it will be in the next day. Well, my phone eventually came in to only be an IPhone 7. Well, I finally got the IPhone 7 Plus to only have a $900 phone bill. I traded in an eligible and existing IPhone 6 (phone in great shape and an IPhone-Forever customer). I called Sprint's customer service department to explain this charge and a HELPFUL representative told me that it's the remainder of my lease of the old phone until the Sprint Wearhouse receives the old phone. The Sprint employee at Fashion Place failed to mention this when we activated the new phone. Never, never again will I do my phone business at this location. It is still a mystery to me as to why the order of my new phone took as long as it did. Very interestingly, other Sprint stores had access to IPhone 7 Plus in variety of colors.

  I retract my previous review, and if I could give 0 stars I would. This has been the worst experience with Sprint I have ever encountered. My account has had issues since I started it in this location (May 2017). They put me on the wrong plan (which is more expensive than the one they were supposed to put me on), added extra lines to my account without my desire or authorization, and can't be bothered to even look in to fixing this. I have been with Sprint since 2005, and between the terrible customer service at this location (and also with corporate stores/customer care) I will be switching carriers. Avoid this location like the plague.
