Not happy with the customer service we received. We were charged to switch rate plans - got a credit when I call T-Mobile. We had been quoted one amount and rather than find out why it didn't match, he berated the other T-Mobile employees that quoted the rate. I made a call to T-Mobile and the store employee had added a personal hotspot to one of our phone lines which increased the rate. Took it off and voila - there is the rate we were quoted. We were going to buy a new phone - not from that store.

I don’t think this location even deserves one star. Every time we’ve gone in the employees have been very rude, they speak to you like you’re wasting their time...HELLO!! YOU’RE THERE TO HELP THE CUSTOMER! My husband went in this afternoon to purchase an Apple Watch and an iPhone 8 Plus and wasn’t helped at all, he stood there for twenty minutes. We just tried to go back in again and same thing. Granted they were helping other customers, but at least have the decency to make eye contact, apologize for the wait, and let us know you'll be with us soon. Not one of the four guys there even acknowledged that we were there. I suggest management look into either some intense customer service training or hire people who give a damn.
