  Sales associates are nice if you are buying something but not if returning. Talbot's will only take returns on new unworn clothing and will not take a return on a defective zipper on a skirt? I tried returning a skirt ( wore it three times) with a defective zipper and was told "NO", with no explanation at all. The sales lady told me to take it to a tailor and get it fixed. I'll be headed across the street to Nordstrom from now on, that same problem at Nordstrom would not be a problem at all, I would have been treated better and have a new skirt!
